Frank Dillow recently retired as Vice President of Federal Government Relations of Verizon Corporation, following a 25 year career, including the last 11 years in the corporate offices in Washington, DC, and one of its predecessor companies, GTE. From 1985-95 he was Director of External Affairs with GTE-NW, headquartered in Everett, Washington. He joined GTE in 1981 as part of their headquarters staff in Stamford, CT. A native Oregonian, Frank served as Assistant Public Utility Commissioner for the State of Oregon during the administrations of Governors Tom McCall, Bob Straub and Vic Atiyeh. Prioir to that he had been a news reporter for the Oregonian in Portland, as well as other Oregon newspapers. He was graduated from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, and currently serves on their national alumni board. He also received his JD from Lewis and Clark Law School, and is a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard.

Frank currently resides in Arlington, VA, and his wife Amy maintains their horse farm in Ocala, FL. A sales agent in the Commercial Property Division of Long and Foster Real Estate, Dillow is actively involved in community activities in Washington, DC. He is the past President of the Board of Directors for the Washington Bach Consort, and serves on the Admissions Committee of the University Club of Washington, DC.
